Stamina RX Review

Overview

Stamina RX is a “sexual stimulant” that comes in the form of a pill. The product claims to relax the penis muscle and penile tissue, allowing the erect penis to fill with a larger amount of blood. This in turn will create bigger, firmer erections and increased sensation. It is unclear whether the ingredients in Stamina RX are entirely herbal, or if it also contains some synthetic components. It is also unclear how the drug should be taken (ie. Once a day, twice a day, only before sex, etc.) However, one bottle of 30 pills seems to retail for $29.00, which is cheaper than many competitive pills. Stamina RX is available from a few on-line retailers and may also be available in stores.

It is difficult to tell if Stamina RX is still being produced. The drug, manufactured by NVE Inc., was the subject of a FDA warning in 2003. It is also difficult to find an official Stamina RX website, if one still exists. This product raises a lot of red flags, and we would be reluctant to advise our readers to try it, especially with so many certified safe alternatives on the market these days.

Product Details

While a complete list of Stamina RX ingredients is difficult to find without purchasing the product, we are told that it contains the following ingredients: Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa, Cnidium Monnier, Yohimbe extract, L-Arginine, Gamma Amino Butyric Acid, Epimedium.

The 2003 FDA warning claimed that Stamina RX also contains Tadalafil, which is a controlled ingredient that can react negatively with other prescription drugs a user may be taking. Especially at risk are patients taking nitrates, which are found in medications for diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. Whether this ingredient is still present in the drug is difficult to determine.

We see that Stamina RX also contains Yohimbe, a bark extract derived from an African tree. While this is a known aphrodisiac, it is also acknowledged to cause increased heart rate, blood pressure, nausea and dizziness. Many sexual enhancement products that once included Yohimbe as an active ingredient have since removed it from their product formulas.

The Bottom Line

It is impossible for us to recommend that our readers track down and use Stamina RX. After researching the product, it appears that the health risks, should you be able to obtain a bottle, are just too high. There are plenty of similar sexual enhancement products on the market these days that claim to offer the same effects without any of the risks associated with Yohimbe and Tadalafil. While Stamina RX may indeed be the cheapest of these products that we’ve found to-date, that doesn’t mean you should jeopardize your health. Stay away from this product and try one of the many available alternatives.
